Tyler Gill 83a1dcfb64 Replace all instances of InvariantCultureIgnoreCase with OrdinalIgnoreCase in string comparisons. 
InvariantCulture is useful when comparing / sorting human language strings in a culturely correct way. It handles things like accented letters in a way that makes sense to humans (e.g., 'a' should be sorted next to 'á', rather than after 'z').
Ordinal looks just at the raw code points of the characters. As such, it is recommended for use in cases when comparing system strings (file paths, command line parameters, config settings, etc.). Since it doesn't need to use the culture specific sorting rules, this method can often be faster.

Tyler Gill 1da75e8859 Remove the Platform and Common filter sets. They aren't really very useful. 
Common is now always included with default filters.
The Platform behavior (of using the set corresponding to the current operating system) is available by using the flag without giving it a value.

Kenneth Skovhede e0d8a57ccc Added re-use of the backend across the operations in the backup step. 
This should fix the AmzCD consistency issue where it does not wait for the listing after performing a delete.

Kenneth Skovhede 4a6bf3deba Added "DeleteGraceTime" to all files deleted from the backend mananger. 
This should fix a number of cases where the backup returns a consistency error because the deletion and the backend check happens before the backend is in sync.

Rune Henriksen 2c210800f0 This is a two fold "fix" to duplicati/duplicati#2715 
Changes in settings.html adds the option to select "0 seconds", which wasn't previously possible.
Changes in SystemSettingsController.js adds logic in the controller that will check if the duration value and duration multipliers are set. If it finds that they are not it will set them to "0" and "s" respectively (instead of leaving them blank)

Issue comment called for a check box to enable/disable startup delay, but just defaulting to 0 seconds is simpler and self explanitory.

Rune Henriksen 3f774e6b4b Changed the webpage title to be "MachineName - AppName" allowing users to discern between multiple tabs connecting to different remote machines. 
I had to move the ng-controller tag from <body> to <html> because otherwise it wouldn't recognize ng-bindings in the header.

Related to duplicati/duplicati#2437

Rune Henriksen 2c394a5e64 Fix for duplicati/duplicati#2617 
I moved the "delete log file on service start" functionality into DEBUG mode so that release versions of duplicati won't wipe out it's logs on service restart.

I wanted to retain the functionality for testing (no point having gigantic debug logs when debugging).

Tyler Gill f9618b9587 Add support for specifying backup paths by volume guid. 
These volume guids can be found via the 'mountvol' command, and are reported by the built in help.
This also includes some updates to the documentation and logging when using wildcard drives in source paths.
