Kenneth Skovhede 842fd96543 Implemented a new logging system that is more transparent and allows a more granular way of picking log messages. 
Added ID's to each log message and each exception to allow later introduction of a Knowledgebase service that explains each error in more detail.

Kenneth Skovhede efc06b7210 Refactored the source path expansion/filtering into its own method. 
Changed the check for subfolders to only work if the shortest path is a folder itself.
Changed the backup and test-filters method to use the same expansion logic so the filter test is more reliable.
This fixes #2778

Tyler Gill 83a1dcfb64 Replace all instances of InvariantCultureIgnoreCase with OrdinalIgnoreCase in string comparisons. 
InvariantCulture is useful when comparing / sorting human language strings in a culturely correct way. It handles things like accented letters in a way that makes sense to humans (e.g., 'a' should be sorted next to 'á', rather than after 'z').
Ordinal looks just at the raw code points of the characters. As such, it is recommended for use in cases when comparing system strings (file paths, command line parameters, config settings, etc.). Since it doesn't need to use the culture specific sorting rules, this method can often be faster.

Tyler Gill f9618b9587 Add support for specifying backup paths by volume guid. 
These volume guids can be found via the 'mountvol' command, and are reported by the built in help.
This also includes some updates to the documentation and logging when using wildcard drives in source paths.

Tyler Gill 5c7500973e Add support for wildcards in source paths on Windows. 
This causes backup to run for the given path on all drives, and can be useful in the case where removable drives may change letters randomly.

jondoe 4371bf18c1 Fix for "Include/Exclude filters not available to run-script" #2440. Passing the "filter" option to the Configure method so that the before-script can alter its value. Kenneth Skovhede e692be5c92 Reworked the way log messages are handled, to include call-context setup. 
This enables modules to report messages to the message-sink, and thus to the commandline through the normal interface.
This simplifies handling multiple logging systems, and supports reporting logging from multiple concurrent controller instances.

Added a delete page with options to delete the local database, as well as the remote files.
Added a captcha to protect against automated attacks that would attempt to delete the remote files.
