Fixed an issue with folders under linux for issue #27 .

The unit tests now run under mono/linux, but the UI has some issues.

Added the cleanup method, this closes #16 .

Fixed a bug where non-modified files were marked as deleted.
Cleaned up the ListContent method to use the same code as the Backup method, this closes #31 .
Added a WEBDAV backend for #28 , but there is no UI for it yet.
Made most of the work for documenting commandline options, #14 .

Added a standalone decryption app, in case something breaks later on.

Updated the wizard to allow GPGEncryption.
Settings now reflect the actual paths required.
Completely reworked the way differential updates are read and written,
which gives a much cleaner code, a heavy performance boost and a
highly reduced number of temporary files.
Removed duplicated code for streamwrapping.
Updated SharpZipLib to the latest release.
Removed unused compression code.

Fixed the header value for delta files so they are compatible with RDiff.
...
Fixed a bug where the delta file would be wrong in special cases.
Added an optimization so SharpRSync now produces smaller delta files than librsync for some cases (and the same size for all others).
Added comments to identify optimizations.
