Not 100% tested, because it is supposed to go away soon, but right now it is the only way to create a new backup.
Also moved database schema and upgrade information/code into the data model project.

This enables Duplicati to run under Ubuntu w/ Unity and Mac OSX.
If the OS supports showing the tray (such as with Linux Mint), Duplicati can be started with Duplicati.exe --trayless=false.

Time displayed for next backup is next scheduled instead of current scheduled as that is simpler to understand.

This is indicated by a light-green check mark in the status window.
The option --upload-unchanged-backups can be set to revert to the previous way of working.

The logic was attempting to prevent a case where the backup was scheduled to run and "Run backup now" was checked.
In this special case, the "Run backup now" does nothing because the backup will run twice otherwise.
The logic was a bit flawed, so based on some various settings it would detect that it was scheduled to run,
while it was not.
Thanks to your fine description, I was able to reproduce easily and fix it.
With the regards to the other error message, I have reproduced it by doing the following without restarting:
1) create the backup
2) edit the backup
3) delete the backup
I will create a new issue for it, but the bug is deep in the database abstraction layer,
so it is pretty hard to debug.

Now correctly removes the deleted task from the scheduler and updates the display.
I also managed to get a slight speedup on the display update.

Reworked encryption to not support streaming, but only pre/post process encrypted files.
The Get/Put methods in the BackendWrapper now automatically writes/reads from the signature cache.

Fixed issues with interrupted uploads, if there were files, but the manifest was incomplete.
The FTP connection now has keep-alive disabled.
