Kenneth Skovhede b80d0c5279 Bugfix for --accept-any-ssl-certificate. ...

It turns out that the `ServicePointManager` does not carry the call context when executing the request.
The workaround for now is to look at all registered validators and use them all combined when using custom SSL certificate validation.
