Pouzor ac8aea7467 feat(mcp): expose edge styling on create_edge and update_edge
The backend has always accepted these on EdgeCreate/EdgeUpdate; only the canvas
UI could set them, so an edge created over MCP came out with the edge type's
preset and no way to change it — the animation, colour and markers other edges
in the same canvas already use were unreachable.

Adds animated, custom_color, path_style, line_style, width_mult, marker_start,
marker_end, vlan_id and speed to both tools. The enums match what
normalize_animated / normalize_marker accept, so an advertised value can't
silently coerce to 'none'.
