CodeQL's only open alert, `py/incomplete-url-substring-sanitization`: a URL
literal on the left of an `in` reads as a host check, and a substring match is
not one that can be made safely. The check here is a log assertion rather than
sanitization, so the alert is a false positive — but the assertion was weaker
than it needed to be either way, pinning the warning to a URL retyped beside
it. It now compares against the origin the settings themselves derive, which
is what the warning is supposed to name.
