Open **Help › Report an Issue…**. It takes you to the [PhotoCraft issue tracker](https://github.com/storytold/photocraft/issues) on GitHub. You can also ask in [Discord](https://discord.gg/artcraft).

## What to include
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
1. What you did, step by step, and what you expected.
|
|||
|
|
2. What happened instead. A screenshot or a short video helps.
|
|||
|
|
3. Your system details. Choose **Help › System Info…**, click **Copy**, and paste the text into your message. It lists the PhotoCraft version, your operating system and processor, and your graphics adapter.
|
|||
|
|
4. The file, if one file causes it. Zip a PSD or other file and attach it. Leave it out if it contains anything private.
|
|||
|
|
|
|||
|
|
## Before you post

|
|
Search the tracker for your problem first. If someone already reported it, add your details there instead of opening a new issue. For known problems, see the other pages in [Troubleshooting](index.md).
