Brandon ThomasandClaude Opus 5.5 f7eb6ea9e7 Format: adopt the craft-family rustfmt.toml and format the workspace
CI's `cargo fmt --all -- --check` has failed on every run because the
repo had no rustfmt config and was never formatted. Use the same settings
as EffectCraft/FilmCraft (max_width 160, use_small_heuristics Max), which
also keeps the churn small. Formatting only; no code changes.

//! Layer comps (Window › Layer Comps) and artboards: pure data plus capture/apply helpers that need
//! nothing beyond the document model.
//!
//! A layer comp records, per layer, its visibility, position and appearance (blend mode, opacity,
//! fill opacity, layer style). Three flags choose which of those [`apply`](LayerComp) restores,
//! like the checkboxes of Photoshop's Layer Comp Options. Position is the top-left of the layer's
//! content bounds (artboards: of the board), so applying a comp moves a layer by the difference
//! between that and where it is now.
