3 people b81808f6bc Double-click the Hand tool to fit on screen (#1796) ...

Double-clicking the Hand tool's toolbar button selects it and runs View > Fit on Screen, as in
Photoshop; a single click only picks the tool, and with no document open the double-click is
harmless. Also credits the author in contributors/people.toml.
