* Shortcuts pressed in one frame run in the order they were pressed (#440) Undo then Save in the same frame dropped the Undo: only the first binding in table order ran. Each key press now dispatches in event order, and a shortcut that opens a dialog, prompt, menu or inline type leaves the frame's later presses to it. Outside text fields, a Cut with Shift and without Ctrl is now the Shift+Delete press again, so it fills like Shift+Backspace; Ctrl+X still cuts and text fields keep their Cut. A swatch's picker now keeps the left edge it opened with, shifted left of the swatch when the window edge needs it.
