* Select and Mask: Output To New Document, with or without a layer mask (#2998)

select.refineEdge takes output newDocument / newDocumentWithMask: a new
document like the source (size, mode, depth, resolution, profile) with
the active layer cut out by the refined edge, or with the matte as a
layer mask. The source document is left untouched. The dialog's Output
choice lists all six targets, translated in every catalog.
