reeseandGitHub 48bfaa9d0d fix(file): open .psdt templates as new untitled documents (#807) ...

Templates show up in the Open dialog and open as the first free
Untitled-N without a path, so File › Save asks where to save instead of
offering the template. They still go to Open Recent. This covers every
way a file opens: File › Open and Open Recent, drops and launch
arguments, background opens, the control channel's app.open, file.openAs
and headless doc_open.
