* feat(ui): follow system appearance with a System theme

Follow the OS appearance through the existing egui input while retaining System as the saved theme choice. Apply the resolved palette to both egui styles and custom surfaces, and keep document surround settings independent.

Cover launch and live transitions, persistence, manual themes, menu checks, the Interface picker and Home contrast. Validate engine/UI suites, adversarial commands, wasm, layering, parity and the AutoReview gate. Strict Clippy reports pre-existing findings documented in the PR.
