3 people 08ca445782 DNG: deflate compression 8 with the TIFF predictors (#1971) ...

Integer DNGs with zlib-compressed strips or tiles (compression 8) now decode, with TIFF predictor 1
and 2 (wrapping at the sample's container). Output is capped at the tile size; floating-point
predictor 3 and lossy DNG keep their unsupported errors. flate2 was already a workspace dependency.
