* DNG: JPEG XL compression 52546 (DNG 1.7, Samsung Expert RAW)

Decode JPEG XL-compressed DNG strips and tiles with jxl-oxide (pinned
=0.12.6), with geometry and channel checks, Limits/AllocTracker budgets
and catch_unwind around the decoder. Warn when a DNG carries a
ProfileGainTableMap (tag 52525), which is not applied yet.

Tests encode fixtures in-process with zune-jpegxl (dev-dependency only).
