* Menus: name the platform file manager in Reveal in Finder off macOS

The command opens Explorer on Windows and the desktop's file manager
(xdg-open) on Linux, but the Smart Objects menu item and the document
tab menu still said "Reveal in Finder". menus::reveal_label picks
"Show in Explorer" on Windows and "Show in Folder" on Linux and the web;
macOS keeps "Reveal in Finder". The menu catalogue (docs/parity.md),
the engine command labels and the command ids stay unchanged.

The help search, command palette and keyboard shortcut list read the
relabelled menu item, so they follow. Every complete language gets both
new labels, with the localized Windows name for Explorer.
