Mixed-platform build trees sent stale artifacts in unbounded DIF assembles. Select shipped identities explicitly, bound uploads, and require native, Dart-map, source, and release phases to complete. Verified the actual mixed-build Android release against a local Bugs server, 10 uploader tests, 39 release tests, and scoped Dart analysis. The repository-wide analyzer reports unrelated warnings in nested worktrees; the pre-commit hook is skipped for that known check failure.
