Commands assume the repository root is the cwd.

**Goal:** Add a TMDB-backed "Request to Add" section beneath library results in both the Cmd+K search dialog (`GlobalSearch`) and the Catalog search results page, so users can discover and request items missing from the library without leaving the search flow.
