- Add a periodic verify_file_presence task that stats live files per library and marks vanished ones missing, then reconciles memberships
- Skip files under unreachable/suspect-empty roots and abort on bulk disappearance, deferring to a full scan
- Add FileRepository.ListPresentByFolder and MarkMissingByIDs
- Hide files missing from disk in catalog detail playback responses, bounded by a time and count budget
