Replaces the collapsed-by-default ChapterList disclosure with ChaptersSection: always-expanded, current-chapter highlighted with a left-edge accent + 'playing' badge, and a small sort menu (By position / Longest first). currentPositionSeconds is plumbed from the player's seek start when open, otherwise from the resume position, so the highlight tracks the user's most recent listening point.
