Adds a third feature-detected rail on the detail page powered by server-side embedding similarity. Frontend has no embedding logic — it just renders the ordered list the API returns. Plan gains Task 14b implementing it via an optional subtitle prop on RelatedRail and an optional similar_audiobooks field on the detail response.
