Marcus Klein 6cb0ac6deb magenta2: accept the platform in RemoteLoginHandler 
Since e4e1b44 the SAM3 client passes platform to RemoteLoginHandler,
whose constructor did not accept it, so every remote login failed with
"got an unexpected keyword argument 'platform'" and no login URL was
shown. The handler now takes the platform and uses it for its platform
config and User-Agent instead of the hard-coded default.

Marcus Klein a5c98d835b magenta2: skip linear-TV and promo tiles when mapping lanes 
Lanes mix VOD assets with "Broadcast" (linear schedule) and
"Teaser"/"WhatsHotTeaser" (promo) tiles. The mapper treated every
non-Season/Series tile as a movie, so these became movie:<tile id>,
and VodDetails answers 404 for a tile id: they could never play.

mltobi 61a68cddb8 magenta2 catchup: let running programmes follow the live edge 
Previously `end` was clamped to the current time when the catchup URL was
built. For a running programme this made the origin return a static
manifest ending at the moment the user pressed play, so playback stopped
at that point instead of continuing.

Now `end` is only sent for programmes that have already finished (static,
programme-bounded manifest). For running programmes only `begin` is sent,
which makes the origin return a dynamic manifest (minimumUpdatePeriod=2s)
that starts at `begin` and keeps growing with the live edge.

Note: without `end` the stream continues into the next programme after the
scheduled end; stopping at the programme end is not handled here.
