Theosビルド環境をappコンテナに統合し、サイドカーtheosコンテナやdocker関連設定を削除。 AppDelegateのフックを正しいクラス名/継承関係で実装し直し、ログ出力で動作確認。 起動時のシェル初期化・バックグラウンドログ収集を追加。 各種ドキュメント、タスク、パッケージ名も新構成に合わせて更新。
