- research safe mediation of `/proc`, including coherent views of process maps;
- improve filesystem, package, process, Binder, identity, ClassLoader, and
service behavior so guests observe a more faithful sandbox;
- replace the workable Codex-assisted UI baseline with a human-led product
design pass, an original FridaBox icon system, and a stronger visual identity;
- expand the Android/vendor test matrix and add regression probes for every
detection surface addressed.

## P2 — Product design and visual identity
The current interface was assembled largely with Codex and is a workable
engineering baseline: it supports the validated flow and is reasonably usable,
but it has not received a dedicated human-led product-design pass and is not the
ideal final experience.
- Rework information architecture, navigation, hierarchy, copy, and all empty,
loading, success, error, and permission states.
- Create an original FridaBox logo and icon family, including adaptive launcher,
monochrome, notification, action, and repository artwork.
- Define a coherent visual system for color, typography, spacing, components,
illustrations, motion, and instrumentation status.
- Make every workflow responsive across compact phones, tablets, foldables,
landscape layouts, and large font/display scaling.
- Audit contrast, touch targets, TalkBack semantics, keyboard/focus behavior,
reduced motion, and other Android accessibility requirements.
- Validate the design with real import, script selection, Computer, On-device,
Clean, failure-recovery, and first-run scenarios instead of static mockups.
Acceptance criteria:
- the result has a recognizable FridaBox identity independent of BlackBox and
NewBlackbox;
- launcher and in-product iconography remain legible at every Android-supported
size and theme treatment;
- critical flows remain clear without prior knowledge of Frida or virtualization;
- screenshots and interaction checks cover representative compact and expanded
layouts;
- the final direction is reviewed and refined by a human designer rather than
being accepted solely as generated output.
