This pull request refactors the active user and connection management system by introducing a new update_stream_detail method for updating stream metadata, replacing separate active_users() and active_connections() methods with a combined active_users_and_connections() aggregation method, and integrating CustomVideoStreamType handling into stream updates. Additionally, documentation is clarified and Catchup items are explicitly tagged.
