The Enterprise Agreement row now has three states: once a quote is issued it shows "View", which jumps to the agreement/sign stage in the flow (rather than a read-only render), so it's reachable for review/signing from generation onward; once signed it shows "Download" for the stored signed PDF; before a quote exists it reads "available later". Dropped the now-unused laterSigned key.
