A "Documents" quick action on the deal-status hero opens a modal that collects the deal's paperwork in one place, reachable throughout the journey (not tied to the current stage) as a secondary reference. The per-stage download buttons are unchanged and remain the primary path. - Each row downloads/views the real artifact when available and reads as "available later" until then: Enterprise Agreement (signed PDF), Quote (PDF), Invoice (Stripe), and the reference docs EULA / SLA exhibit / Subprocessors (from the legal registry). - Reuses the existing handlers/endpoints (signed-agreement PDF, quote PDF, legal registry); front-end only, no backend change. Verified: portal typecheck, eslint, prettier, dpdm (no cycles), toml-sort, translation audits, 174 portal tests.
