kenneth@hexad.dk 2e3e0abdff A bit of a hack, but now the main message loop is aborted if the application hangs after closing. 
This should not cause any problems because the timer is started at the very last moment, and there should be no work to do after invocation but simply discard the hidden window.
The abort is picked up so the program cleanup-on-exit code is executed as normal.

kenneth.skovhede@gmail.com 5209275398 Added a --trayless option that is on by default on OSX/Linux (and default off on Windows). 
This enables Duplicati to run under Ubuntu w/ Unity and Mac OSX.

If the OS supports showing the tray (such as with Linux Mint), Duplicati can be started with Duplicati.exe --trayless=false.

This is indicated by a light-green check mark in the status window.
The option --upload-unchanged-backups can be set to revert to the previous way of working.

There is now a delete transaction file being written, which should prevent cases where a large number of orphan files are detected.
If a large number of orphan files are detected, this should now be considered a real error.

I chose not to put in the cleanup button, because it would take too long for me to fit it in there, and I would rather focus on getting 2.0 ready, which will have a new UI anyway.
