Some changes were required for this merge,
now the StreamBlockSplitter process will take in any stream, store the blocks and return the blockset ID.
This makes it compatible with the changes for metadata handling where they support more than a single block of metadata.

Amazon cloud drive consistency delay

Use delay for Delete, Rename, GetCurrentDirectory and Get. Calculate the
delay from the completion of the operations instead of the start. I have
no idea if this is correct or not, but it seems to fix my issues with
consistency.

Feature/add delete dialog ( #2008 )

Added a delete page with options to delete the local database, as well as the remote files.
Added a captcha to protect against automated attacks that would attempt to delete the remote files.
This fixes #1201

Pls export po files. Do we have a working workflow to fix strings in source language? I am used to working with language files that are directly used by the binaries so that you can modify source and target strings as you like.
