Kenneth Skovhede 79ac19c23e Updated certificate checks to use X509Store from the .Net framework instead of the Mono only X509StoreManager. 
This should remove the warning with no certificates found on newer Mono installs.

Kenneth Skovhede f393f6b8c2 Fixed #1905 
The AlphaVSS library now returns path from the listfiles/listfolders without the UNC prefix, so the code re-adds this to ensure the mapping from snapshot path to logical path is maintained.
