verhoek 39f6065217 Removed redirecting of standard streams so to properly share a console. 
If not, stdin is broken but needed for Console.ReadKey in for example
prompting the user for a encryption passphrase.

verhoek 784480a340 Removed tempdir environment variable. 
Removed unused optional parameter for tempdir in LoadConnection for
LoadConnection and hence avoiding restoring never changed SQLITE_TMPDIR
vars.

Kenneth Skovhede bebe0d8772 Added check to avoid restoring metadata on a symlink, as that would change the symlink target, not the symlink itself. 
Added an option to revert to the previous behaviour as well.
