Kenneth Skovhede cf42426d1b Store password with TrayIcon 
When using the TrayIcon with no hosted server (i.e., connecting to a running server), it is now possible to save the password and url in the secret provider.

There is a checkbox that allows saving the settings, and if checked, will save the settings to the secret provider (using the OS default if none is specifically provided).

This fixes #6379

Added a password dialog to get the server password if not provided on the commandline.

This also allows overriding the server url.

Kenneth Skovhede b0c172c646 Fixed an issue with upgrades where the installer would attempt to stop the service with the users permissions and not the elevated permissions. 
This splits the stop into CheckService and StopService, so they can run in different contexts.

Kenneth Skovhede e51500ddd5 Added NOSCRIPT feature to MSI 
This PR adds an MSI property that can be set with `NOSCRIPT=true`.

Setting the property will disable scripting in the MSI and thus prevent starting/stopping running services.

Also made the stop-service script non-critial, so it is possible to install the MSI even if the script fails to start or returns an error.

Kenneth Skovhede 7322c46861 Pre-execution check for RemoveRemoteVolumes 
This PR adds a check before entering the RemoveRemoteVolumes that checks if there are dangling FilesetEntry records when calling the function.

This makes it possible to figure out if the problem is created by the RemoveRemoteVolumes code, or an already existing problem in the database.

Also added a few tests that check that the condition is correctly detected.

Kenneth Skovhede f4df272a0b Change the Windows Eventlog option type. 
Before this PR the Windows Eventlog option was incorrectly typed as a boolean but was intended to be the log name.

This was confusing and caused a warning in the log that the option was incorrectly parsed.

Kenneth Skovhede 1e4a1d3df3 Added support for settings override in imports 
This PR adds the option to provide additional settings when importing a backup.

The ServerUtil has been expanded to support passing in the target url and backup passphrase when importing a backup.

Also clarified wording around the import passphrase as there are (at least) two passphrases related to imports.

This fixes #6640
