...
This adds a test with a failed upload.
The failed upload is done in parallel, so (at least) one of the uploads succeeeds and one upload fails.
The backup then errors, but a subsequent backup continues without errors and creates a synthetic filelist.
Also refactored the DeterministicErrorBackend to not use magic strings.
And made it actually deterministic.

Fixed CORS preflight
...
This fixes the CORS preflight by allowing the preflight requests to be sent without being authenticated.
Without this fix all CORS requests would fail due to the access token not being included in preflight requests.

This adds back the missing `run-script-example.bat`.
It also makes the output conditional, so the Windows builds get the `.bat` and others get the `.sh` version.

Reworked the "Volume loop" of the restore network to handle Backends themselves, rather than using the BackendManager.
...
This allows for tighter control over which process performs which action, allowing them more easily to run in parallel.
