Kenneth Skovhede 9bb37d5f6e Re-wrote the way the ssl certificate checker is applied. 
This fixes #2711 and some other issues, in that the SSL checker is now applied for all requests.

Tyler Gill 83a1dcfb64 Replace all instances of InvariantCultureIgnoreCase with OrdinalIgnoreCase in string comparisons. 
InvariantCulture is useful when comparing / sorting human language strings in a culturely correct way. It handles things like accented letters in a way that makes sense to humans (e.g., 'a' should be sorted next to 'á', rather than after 'z').
Ordinal looks just at the raw code points of the characters. As such, it is recommended for use in cases when comparing system strings (file paths, command line parameters, config settings, etc.). Since it doesn't need to use the culture specific sorting rules, this method can often be faster.

Tyler Gill 1da75e8859 Remove the Platform and Common filter sets. They aren't really very useful. 
Common is now always included with default filters.
The Platform behavior (of using the set corresponding to the current operating system) is available by using the flag without giving it a value.

Tyler Gill f9618b9587 Add support for specifying backup paths by volume guid. 
These volume guids can be found via the 'mountvol' command, and are reported by the built in help.
This also includes some updates to the documentation and logging when using wildcard drives in source paths.

Kenneth Skovhede 19a040970f Implemented call-context aware settings for HTTP options, temp folder settings, buffers sizes and oauth settings. 
This makes it more smooth to run multiple operations in parellel, but it should be possible to launch an operation in a separate app-domain

Dan Stahr 31ac40083a Prevent temp files in VolumeWriterBase from being deleted prematurely. 
The fix is hacky and the root cause should be investigated properly.

Kenneth Skovhede 66aaaab0a8 Fixed an issue with the URL parser being a little too flexible, which breaks if the URL has the port component. 
This change means that URL's in the form `scheme://username:password@server` can no longer have any of the characters `:?/` in the username or password component without encoding.

Kenneth Skovhede c1c8c9a1aa Merge branch 'master' into concurrent_processing 
Some changes were required for this merge,
now the StreamBlockSplitter process will take in any stream, store the blocks and return the blockset ID.
This makes it compatible with the changes for metadata handling where they support more than a single block of metadata.
