Kenneth Skovhede e2074dcb86 Added check to ensure advanced options are expanded by default if the backup contains advanced options. 
Otherwise they would be hidden by default, making it harder to understand what was happening.

Kenneth Skovhede c0943c8109 Rewrote the internal scheduler logic to keep track of the timestamp of the schedule that the next target run-time was based on. 
This makes sure that the next target run-time is re-computed if the schedule is changed from the user interface.
This fixes #1935

- increase width to 480px
- make responsible with breakpoint at 492px (due to paddings and borders)
- reorganize buttons to allow height of notifiaction responding to buttons
  in multiple rows in very narrow viewports:
    - replace paddin-bottom by adding a float-clear element
    - move top-padding from div.buttons to top-margin of each button
