Kenneth Hsu 0b016cea2c Replace string concatenation with StringBuilder. 
When appending to a string in a loop, using a StringBuilder should in
general yield better performance.

Kenneth Skovhede 731ecfc47d Rewrote the report modules to use a shared base class with all the non-sending specific code. 
Change the logic for how the log data is included. It is now added as log lines _after_ the normal messages.
Added support for limiting the number of log lines sent.
Added support for setting the log levels on the modules.
Added support for setting a log filter on the modules.
Added support for sending log data as JSON from the http module.

Tyler Gill 81a1bf9024 Clean up names of default filter groups. 
Rename 'DefaultExclude' to 'DefaultExcludes' (and the same for 'DefaultInclude').
Rename 'TemporaryFolders' to 'TemporaryFiles' to align with other groups ('CacheFiles', 'SystemFiles', etc.)
Added some more shorter aliases for groups, 'Sys', 'Tmp', etc.

Tyler Gill e6aab76d8d Update documentation related to filter groups. 
This removes the documentation for default filters, and replaces it with documentation about filter groups (based in large part on what was already included with the initial filter groups change).
All documentation about the --include and --exclude parameters should now mention (at least in passing) the option to use filter groups.

Tyler Gill dba0b3772e Add a test to BackendTester for backends which support renaming. 
This is done by renaming the second file (or first if only one file is being created) and updating the in memory set of expected files,
while keeping track of the original info so it can be reported if it is still present (e.g., if the rename operated as a copy instead).

Tyler Gill cff8f172fc Add support for 'trim-filename-spaces' flag to BackendTester. 
This flag ensures that any randomly generated file names don't have leading or trailing whitespace, which some backends might not support.

Tyler Gill 00c1a296da BackendTester should explicitly call Test() when performing the initial check to see if the main folder exists. 
Without this, the auto create folders flag was broken for backends which lazily enumerate List() (as they instead throw after the try block is ended)
Calling Test() dierctly also better matches the IBackend interface contract.

Kenneth Hsu c00c6fd19b Make fields containing lock objects readonly. 
If one of these fields is accidentally reassigned, it's possible for
threads to be oblivious to an existing lock.  By making the fields
readonly, we will be notified at compile-time if we inadvertently
redefine one of these fields.

Kenneth Skovhede 842fd96543 Implemented a new logging system that is more transparent and allows a more granular way of picking log messages. 
Added ID's to each log message and each exception to allow later introduction of a Knowledgebase service that explains each error in more detail.

Tyler Gill 62351d4b48 Write standard output even when the --verbose flag is specified. 
Some information about the backup diagnostics doesn't seem to get logged when using the --verbose flag.
So this changes it to log the verbose stuff first, and then also log the regular backup diagnostics.
