Bugfix for --accept-any-ssl-certificate.
...
It turns out that the `ServicePointManager` does not carry the call context when executing the request.
The workaround for now is to look at all registered validators and use them all combined when using custom SSL certificate validation.

Re-wrote the way the ssl certificate checker is applied.
...
This fixes #2711 and some other issues, in that the SSL checker is now applied for all requests.

Implemented call-context aware settings for HTTP options, temp folder settings, buffers sizes and oauth settings.
...
This makes it more smooth to run multiple operations in parellel, but it should be possible to launch an operation in a separate app-domain
