Kenneth Hsu c00c6fd19b Make fields containing lock objects readonly. 
If one of these fields is accidentally reassigned, it's possible for
threads to be oblivious to an existing lock.  By making the fields
readonly, we will be notified at compile-time if we inadvertently
redefine one of these fields.

Kenneth Skovhede 842fd96543 Implemented a new logging system that is more transparent and allows a more granular way of picking log messages. 
Added ID's to each log message and each exception to allow later introduction of a Knowledgebase service that explains each error in more detail.

Tyler Gill 8190eb8d9c When running a backup via the GUI, filters are loaded from the database instead of from the options, which means that the default filters aren't taken into account. 
This change updates the ApplyFilter method used by the Server's Runner method to search for the default filters option, and append those filters to the list if they are found.
This should support both global and per-backup settings for default filters, as it checks the options after the two are merged.

Tyler Gill 83a1dcfb64 Replace all instances of InvariantCultureIgnoreCase with OrdinalIgnoreCase in string comparisons. 
InvariantCulture is useful when comparing / sorting human language strings in a culturely correct way. It handles things like accented letters in a way that makes sense to humans (e.g., 'a' should be sorted next to 'á', rather than after 'z').
Ordinal looks just at the raw code points of the characters. As such, it is recommended for use in cases when comparing system strings (file paths, command line parameters, config settings, etc.). Since it doesn't need to use the culture specific sorting rules, this method can often be faster.

Kenneth Skovhede e692be5c92 Reworked the way log messages are handled, to include call-context setup. 
This enables modules to report messages to the message-sink, and thus to the commandline through the normal interface.
This simplifies handling multiple logging systems, and supports reporting logging from multiple concurrent controller instances.

Added a delete page with options to delete the local database, as well as the remote files.
Added a captcha to protect against automated attacks that would attempt to delete the remote files.

Kenneth Skovhede 9223de7df9 Implemented a notification system. 
The system works with the tray-icon, but the tray icon does not yet post notifications.
Some work is required to provide meaningful interaction when clicking the notifications.

Implemented a key/value store that allows the UI to save settings and other items.
