Implemented a notification system.
...
The system works with the tray-icon, but the tray icon does not yet post notifications.
Some work is required to provide meaningful interaction when clicking the notifications.
Implemented a key/value store that allows the UI to save settings and other items.

Since we now use an url to supply options, some options are not passed to the HTTP module.
...
As we want the connection options to be supplied in the connection dialog, some refactoring was required to support this.

Updated the autoupdater to use a static instance and fixed a number of paths to use the base dir.
...
Added a current pointer-file to allow running with a version that is not the newest.
Updater is now working except for OSX, where the bundle setup is causing issues when running the loaded instance.

Added support for keeping temporary backups in server memory so we can do restore on non-persisted backups.
...
Added type-safe argument passing to the runner.
Added taskID's so the restore dialog can keep track of what tasks it needs to monitor.

Fixed a quit problem.
...
Changed the status reporting method to not include status for the current running backup.
That will be implemented with a separate call so the tray icon can reduce the number of requests.

Large refactoring, removing duplicate code in the former Duplicati gui, because it is now hosted in the server.
...
Not 100% tested, because it is supposed to go away soon, but right now it is the only way to create a new backup.
Also moved database schema and upgrade information/code into the data model project.
