Kenneth Hsu a6153c3cd8 Do not explicitly rethrow exception. 
When rethrowing an exception, we should do it by simply calling throw;
and not throw exc;, because the stack trace is reset with the second
syntax, making debugging a lot harder.

Kenneth Hsu 7a106df094 Improve performance of default excludes filters. 
Previously, the FilterExpression.Expand method would forward the filter
group name to the FilterEntry constructor, which would combine the
group's patterns into one large regex filter.  This would result in a
significant decrease in performance, as the regex filters are much
slower than the wildcard filters.

Instead, we can first expand the filter group into its constituent
patterns before presenting them to the FilterEntry constructor.  This
preserves their wildcard nature and allows us to take advantage of
faster filtering matching algorithms.

This addresses issue #3395.

Kenneth Hsu 139420a664 Improve performance of wildcard filters. 
The mono profiler indicated that a large percentage of the time was
spent allocating the inputPosStack and patternPosStack arrays.  By
replacing these with Stacks, we can avoid this unnecessary overhead.

Kenneth Hsu b1d5dcc3dd Only create passphrase option if passphrase is provided. 
This fixes an issue introduced in revision f7800e8a2b where restores
from the UI would result in the following exception:

System.Reflection.TargetInvocationException: Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation. ---> System.ArgumentException: Empty passphrase not allowed
Parameter name: passphrase

This addresses issue #3542.

Kenneth Hsu 340d7803cb Convert regex pattern to wildcard in default excludes group. 
This provides a workaround for the poor performance of the default
excludes group exhibited by regex filters.  While this wildcard pattern
will potentially exclude more files than the previous regex pattern, in
practice this should not often be the case.

This does not resolve the performance issue of the regex filters.
However, I think in general we should try to avoid expensive
application-specific filters since these will affect the performance for
all users that use the default excludes group, whether the application
is present or not.

This concerns issue #3395.

Mikael Mello 30b167ad59 backup-log-view: fix bug when copying complete log to clipboard 
All complete logs had the same id property since item.Result.ID did not exist

Changing it to $index which is unique fixes the problem, each complete log div
has its own id according to its position in the array of resutls
