Kenneth Skovhede eb870e16dc Strip null characters from path 
Due to a bug in .NET Core, it will sometimes return a trailing null character in the paths. Since null characters are not allowed on any OS, this PR ensures that null characters are removed before returning the path string.

This fixes #6500

Kenneth Skovhede 34b6f9ea55 Implemented remotely managed backup configurations 
This PR adds the ability to manage backup configurations outside of the the client.

The implementation ensures that locally created configurations cannot be affected by the remotely managed backups.

If the instance is not connected to a remote console, this has no effect.

This PR updates the local database to add the column `ExternalID` that tracks backups that are managed remotely.

Kenneth Skovhede 45f902594e Mask passwords to avoid leaking them in the UI 
This PR adds a masking function that replaces sensitive parameters with a masking string, such that the passwords are never submitted to the client during edits.

For now, the export feature (both as JSON and as commandline) do not mask the sensitive parameters.

This fixes #2024

Kenneth SkovhedeandSvend Roperos 0d57f2ceea Rewrote HyperV and MSSQL parser to support paths under each instance. 
This also cleans up the filters slightly, so the logic for "first match" still holds.

If an item is excluded, and subfolders are also automatically excluded.

Kenneth SkovhedeandSvend Roperos 18485e9f05 Moved handling of MSSQL and HyperV custom enumerators into the Filesystem API call, so the client does not need to be aware of such an entry. 
The previous plugin added paths directly to the source, so if a single path was added from a VM, it would no longer appear to be attached to that VM.

This change modifies the logic so there are now paths of the form:
```
%HYPERV%\\123-456\\C:\HyperV\File1.bin
```

The HyperV and MSSQL modules do not currently parse this new format.
