kenneth.skovhede@gmail.com 56465d5b20 Finished converting the Wizard to use a less centralized approach. 
Converted the wizard to use a settings-bag approach instead of modifying the objects directly. This should prevent cruft data on the objects.
The newly re-written wizard is not tested yet, and the restore part is still missing the file selection part.

Switched from duplicity to duplicati, this runs a bit faster.
Now supports authentication on network shares (windows only).

Removed unused code that was for non-multipass.
Changed the manifest to be an xml document instead, and contain volume hashes instead.

kenneth.skovhede@gmail.com 18e65fd4c3 Fixed the header value for delta files so they are compatible with RDiff. 
Fixed a bug where the delta file would be wrong in special cases.
Added an optimization so SharpRSync now produces smaller delta files than librsync for some cases (and the same size for all others).
Added comments to identify optimizations.
