docs(audiobooks): UI redesign implementation plan (14 tasks)

Tasks 1–10 cover player work: extract shared CircleButton + SpeedMenu
primitives, split AudiobookPlayer into a state hook plus MiniBar /
NowListening chrome, add cover-tile expand affordance, and ship a
sleep timer (duration presets + end-of-chapter). Tasks 11–14 cover
detail-page work: chapter-aware Resume action, expanded chapters
section with current-row highlight, narrator card, feature-detected
"Also by author" / "In series" rails.
